Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) Poster

Every employer subject to the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) shall post and keep posted on its premises a notice explaining the Act, as prescribed by the Secretary of Labor. Such notice must be posted in a prominent and conspicuous place in every establishment of the employer where it can readily be observed by employees and applicants for employment.

A copy of the poster is available in two versions - for a color printer or black and white printer ( a printer with at least 1 MB of memory is recommended).

  1. The file is only available in PDF format. In order to view and/or print PDF documents you must have a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe� Acrobat� Reader� v5 or later) available on your workstation.
  2. Click on the link for the (EPPA) poster (color or black and white) and wait for it to load into the viewer.

  4. The two printed pages must be taped or pasted together to form an 11 x 17 inch poster.
